Ansonsten hat die Whg. eine Wohnküche, kl. Balkon, Hinterhof mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit und Blumenkübeln. Waschmaschine u. Spülmaschine vorhanden.
Wir mögen Tiere, haben aber selbst keine. Katzen sind vom Vermieter im Haus erlaubt, Hunde leider nicht.
Wir sind beide Nichtraucher, aber im eigenen Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon ist Rauchen für uns ok.
Nettes, nachbarschaftliches Viertel in München. Zu Fuß 4 Min zur Straßenbahn (fährt 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof), 8 min zur U-Bahn Schwanthalerhöhe, 12 min zu S-Bahn Donnersberger Brücke (Stammstrecke).
Anne und Marco, sind seit 11 J. zusammen. Unser bisheriger Mitbewohner zieht jetzt zu seiner Freundin, daher suchen wir wieder jemand nettes, um mit uns zusammenzuwohnen.
Wir sind alters- und berufsbedingt keine Party-WG mehr, laden aber auch mal Freunde zum Essen ein - der Rest findet sich.
