Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und hat ca. 19 qm. Bei einer Deckenhöhe von ca. 3 meter kann man den Raum optimal ausnutzen (Regal, Hochbett, etc ...)
Der Fußboden ist aus Holz und im Fischgrätmuster verlegt
Zum Zimmer hat eine Große Fensterfront, sodass das Zimmer sehr hell Lichtdurchflutet wird.
Gemeinschaftliche Räume sind die große, perfekt ausgestattetet Küche. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Spülmaschien, Küchenmaschine, Mixer, el. Kaffeemühle, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, moderner Kühlschrank, ....
Bad und WC sind getrennt voneneinander was ein klarer Vorteil ist. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne.
Alle Räume inkl Flur verfügen über einiges an Stauraum, der nach Bedarf genutzt werden kann.

Des Weiteren verfügt die Küche über einen kleinen Balkon.
Sofa, Kleiderschrank sowie mein Bücherregal werde ich im Zimmer einfach lassen.

The room is cut rectangular and has about 19 square meters. With a ceiling height of approx. 3 meters, the space can be optimally used (shelf, loft bed, etc ...)
The floor is made of wood and laid in a herringbone pattern.
The room has a large window front, so that the room is very brightly flooded with light.
Common rooms are the large, perfectly equipped kitchen. Nothing is really missing here. Dishwasher, food processor, mixer, el. Coffee grinder, induction cooker, microwave, modern refrigerator, ....
Bathroom and toilet are separate from each other, which is a clear advantage. The bathroom has a bathtub.
All rooms including the corridor have some storage space that can be used as required.

The kitchen also has a small balcony.
I will simply leave the sofa, wardrobe and my bookshelf in the room.
Die WG befindet sich nahe dem Bhf Laim(Sbahn). In bezug auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist die WG bestens angebunden. Ebenfalls nahe ist die Haltestelle Laimer Platz (U5) und Fürstenrider str. (TRAM 19).
Wer eine Laufstrecke benötigt findet den Schlosspark und den Kanal Nymphenburg fast vor der Haustür. Für Schwimmer und Saunierer ist das Westbad nicht weit entfernt. Alle Läden für den Täglichen bedarf finden sich in nächster Nähe (dm, Aldi, EDEKA, ...).

The flat share is located near the Laim station (Sbahn). In terms of public transport, the shared apartment is well connected. The Laimer Platz (U5) and Fürstenrider str. (TRAM 19).
Those who need a running route will find the palace gardens and the Nymphenburg Canal almost on their doorstep. The Westbad is not far away for swimmers and sauna enthusiasts. All shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity (dm, Aldi, EDEKA, ...).
Sushmitha und Christine wohnen in der WG. Beide Ladys sind aufgeschlossen und immer gerne für ein Gespräch oder gemeisames Kochen zu haben, frei nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Am besten du lernst sie (/uns) persönlich kennen :) Tibor ist ein Webdesigner und interessiert sich für Geschichte. Er spielt sehr gern Boardgames und kocht sehr gerne :) Es gibt sowohl Putzplan als auch WG-Kasse für die gemeinssamen Anschaffungen, wie Putzzeug etc...

Sushmitha and Christine live in the shared apartment. Both ladies are open-minded and always happy to have a chat or to cook together, according to the motto everything can, nothing has to. The best thing to do is get to know them (/ us) personally :) Tibor is a web designer and is interested in history. He really likes playing board games and cooking :) There is a cleaning plan as well as a flat share for the common purchases, such as cleaning equipment etc ...
Ich fühle mich hier in der WG sehr wohl und ich verstehe mich gut mit meinen Mitbewohnerinnnen. Allerdings brauche ich jeden Tag circa eine Stunde zur Arbeit...
Ich würde umziehen, damit ich meine Freizeit genießen kann und keine 2 Stunden am Tag in der Bahn verbringe.
