Da ich berufsbedingt einige Zeit außerhalb München verbringe, biete ich ein helles großes Zimmer am Laimer Platz an.

Das Badezimmer hat Fußbodenheizung, eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Zur Verfügung steht auch ein großes Kellerteil (cca 18qm).
Ich komme selten nach München und du wirst die ganze Wohnung (ohne mein Zimmer) für dich haben.
Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre.
Zur U-Bahn Laimer Platz ist 1 Minute mit dem Bus oder 5 Min zu Fuß. Mit U5 bist du in 7 Min am Hbf.
Es ist wichtig, dass du seriös bist, NR bitte, und Wert auf Sauberkeit legst. Ein geregeltes Einkommen ist auch eine Voraussetzung.
5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Laimer Platz. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (Rewe, Penny, Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Reformhaus).
