Mit dem Bus (300 m entfernt) erreichtman den Laimer Platz und die S-Bahn Laim (Fahrtzeit ca. 4 min bzw. 8 min) Mit S-Bahn und U Bahn ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Außerdem ist man mit der Tram 18 (200 m von der Haustür entfernt) schnell in der Innenstadt.

Verkehrsanbindung:
In nur ca. 2 Fahrminuten erreicht man die A96 mit Anschluss an den Mittleren Ring und dem Autobahnring A99. Dadurch optimale Mobilität mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug. Parkplätze in der Regel ausreichend vorhanden.

By bus (300 m away) you can reach Laimer Platz and the S-Bahn Laim (travel time approx. 4 min and 8 min respectively). By S-Bahn and U-Bahn you can reach the city centre in approx. 10 min.
You can also reach the city center quickly by tram 18 (200 m from the front door).

Traffic connection:
In only about 2 minutes by car you can reach the A96 with connection to the Mittlerer Ring and the motorway ring A99. Thus optimal mobility with the own vehicle. Sufficient parking spaces are usually available.
