A bright little nice room, comes unfurnished and is separated from the other room with the drywall. All you really need is a bed, a wardrobe/chest of drawers and a bedside table. You have an EBK with stove, refrigerator, cupboards, WITHOUT a dishwasher. Cutlery and crockery are also included.
Oven for shared use.
WLAN and GEZ are included in the other costs. Electricity is included in the warm rent.
