ein schönes Zimmer in einem schönen renovierten Altbau ganz oben mit tollem Ausblick in einen Park. Im Sommer siehst du fast nur Bäume und das bunte Treiben auf der gemütlichen Strasse.
Das WG Leben ist flexibel. Wir können gerne ein Getränk teilen oder jeder macht ihr oder sein Ding. Du wirst die Wohnung sehr oft für dich alleine haben, da ich öfter nicht in der Stadt bin. Das kann auch mal für länger sein. Das bedeutet dir gehört die riesige Küche und das Wohnzimmer dann auch ganz alleine. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert übernommen werden.
Ich bin eigentlich ganz unkompliziert und ein entspannter Mitbewohner, aber am besten spricht man mal, ob es passt. Alles ist übrigens vor der Tür, was man braucht, um ein entspanntes cooles Leben zu führen mitten in der Schwanthalerhöhe (Apotheken, Supermärkte, Parks, öpnv, Theresienwiese, Bars, Ärzte, Restaurants)

a beautiful room in a beautifully renovated old building at the top with a great view of a park. In summer you see almost only trees and the hustle and bustle on the cozy street.
WG life is flexible. We're happy to share a drink, but if not, everyone does their or their thing. You'll have the apartment to yourself very often when I'm out of town. This can sometimes be for longer. That means you own the huge kitchen and the living room all to yourself.
I'm actually quite uncomplicated and a relaxed roommate, but it's best to talk to me about whether it's a good fit. Incidentally, everything is in front of the door that you need to lead a relaxed, cool life in the middle of the Schwanthalerhöhe (pharmacies, supermarkets, parks, öpnv, Theresienwiese, bars, restaurants)
Sehr zentral und mitten im Wuseligen Westend.
Entspannt und oft nochz da. Du müsstest also Blumen giessen und deinen Haushalt selbstständig führen können.
