Hi ihr Lieben, da ich den ganzen September ein Praktikum in Schottland mache, suche ich ein*e Untermieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer in Sendling-Westpark. Mit allen Nebenkosten wären es für den Monat etwa 600€.
Bezüglich Ein-und Auszugsadatum bin ich flexibel, an ein paar Tagen mehr oder weniger soll es nicht scheittern :))
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die U6 Haltestelle Holzapfelkreuth ist in 5min fußläufog erreichbar. Von hier aus sind es 15min bis Marienplatz und 5min bis Klinikum Großhadern.
In der WG wohnen außerdem Noah und Lea, sie sind super lieb und offen und kommen eigentlich mit jedem gut klar. Noah arbeitet als MFA in einer Arztpraxis und Lea studiert Informatik, die beiden sind rücksichtsvoll und schätzen ein angenehmenes WG-Leben :))
Wir haben außerdem einen Balkon, Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine :))
