Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist hell und liegt in Richtung unserer Loggia. Das Zimmer wird zunächst befristet vermietet, da mein Freund und ich aktuell auf Wohnungssuche sind, besteht die Option das Zimmer anschließend zu übernehmen. Über die Möblierung können wir gerne sprechen.Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder und eine große Wohnküche mit Dachterasse.
Your room faces our Loggia, which makes it bright and feel bigger than it is. The rental is limited for now, with an option to stay permanently. The flat has two bathrooms as well as a big living and cooking area and a roof terrace.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Edeka, Dm und Lidl sind 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die U4 & U5 Haltestelle Westendstraße ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
The flat is situated above different grocery stores. The subway lines U4 &5 are less than 3 minutes away by foot.
Kommen wir zum Highlight der Wohnung: Deine Mitbewohner sind Hannah, Sebi und Wout. Alle drei arbeiten, Hanna als Grundschullehrerin in einer internationalen Schule. Sebi in einem nachhaltigen Start-Up und Wout in der Softwareentwicklung.
Nicht zu vergessen ist das WG Oberhaupt- unser Stubentiger Jip.
Introducing the highlight of the flat: the roomies!
Hannah, who’s working as a primary school teacher, Sebi who’s saving the world in a sustainable start up and Wout who does software design.
Wir gehen gerne zusammen im nahegelegenen Einstein bouldern oder machen Yoga oder Pizza auf der Dachterasse. Da Hannah und Sebi vegan Leben und wir die Lebensmittel immer geteilt haben wäre es schön wenn du auch vegetarisch/ vegan lebst, ist aber kein muss. Durch die große Wohnküche ist die Wg definitiv keine Zweck- WG und ich vermisse das Miteinander jetzt schon.
We love spending time together with our favorites being bouldering or yoga on the roof terrace. We share groceries, so since Hanna and Sebi are vegan it would help if you weren’t a big meat eater either. Due to the big common area not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat.
Die Kaution beträgt 1560 € Die Warmmiete (inklusive Strom und WLAN) pauschal 875€ pro Monat.
The Deposit is 1560 €. The rent would be 875€ (including electricity and WiFi and potential back payments).
Da wir international zusammengewürfelt sind, sprechen wir normalerweise englisch. Since it’s an English speaking Wg Internationals are more than welcome!
