Es ist ein möbliertes Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse in einer großen WG (2 Etagen, jeweils 6 Personen). Das Haus hat einen Garten und ist hauptsächlich von internationalen Studenten bewohnt. Es hat eine voll-ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler!! Im Keller befinden sich auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Es liegt 1 Minute zu Fuß von der U6 Station Holzapfelkreuth entfernt (20min vom Marienplatz, 30 vom Hauptbahnhof). In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Penny, eine Bäckerei und eine tolle Pizzeria😋.
Außerdem ist der Westpark für einen schönen Spaziergang in der Nähe, und das Parken auf der Straße ist möglich.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 795€, es ist am besten für langfristige Unterkunft und es ist ab April verfügbar.

It is a furnished room with a private terrace in a big WG (2 floors, 6 people each) in a house with garden, inhabited mostly by internationals. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher!! You'll also find laundry and drying machines in the cellar. It is located at 1 min walking from the U6 station Holzapfelkreuth (20min from Marienplatz, 30 from Hauptbahnhof). Nearby you'll also find a Penny, a bakery, and an amazing pizzeria😋
You also have Westpark for a nice walk nearby, and the parking on the street is possible.
The rent is 795€, it is best for long-term accommodation and it is available from April.
