From June 01 2024 we offer a nice furnished room in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood
next to Westpark. The Subway (U6) is reachable by foot in approximately 7 minutes.
Shops for groceries and toiletries are around the corner, as are various doctors. The rent will
be € 690,-- per month payable at the 1st of the month. Access to broadband wifi is included
also our roommaid and insurance.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared, so cleaning both up after usage ist mandatory (treat other
as you wish to be treated).

The U6 underground station "Partnachplatz" is a 7-minute walk away. From there it is just 10 minutes to Marienplatz. It is also a 15-minute walk to the "Harras" stop. From there you can reach the Bavarian Oberland or the "Blue Land" (Franz Marc, Gabriele Münter, Wassily Kandinsky) in a short time with the S-Bahn. The regional railway also runs from Harras to Tegernsee, Bayrischzell and Rosenheim.
All bus lines also go to the city centre.
The A 95 motorway can be reached by car in five minutes. From there you can be in Penzberg and the Bavarian Oberland in 20 minutes.
Our current, much appreciated lodger is moving out as he has found a job in Frankfurt as a computer scientist and has improved his career enormously as a result.
Our current flatmate Ahilan is from Malaysia and is 21 years old. He is a student (civil engineering), loves badminton, cycling and the German language.
The cat "Mausi" also lives with us.
What else is important to know: We offer the "all-round carefree package". For you, this means that there are no arguments about cleaning schedules. I take care of that as well as the daily bathroom cleaning. Toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and cleaning products are provided.
