In dieser 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wird das größte der drei Zimmer mit 23 m² und einem Balkon mit 4,5m² in Richtung Süden frei.
Einbauküche, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
In allen Räumen gibt es Parkett und die Wohnung verfügt über zwei WCs!
Eines im Bad und ein separates Gäste-WC.
Das Haus wurde 1998 neu gebaut und ist sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Die Einbauküche ist komplett mit allen Geräten inkl. Waschmaschine.
Der Garten (inkl. Spielplatzmöglichkeit) kann mitbenutzt werden und ist sehr angenehm im Sommer.

The house was built in 1998 and is very pleasant and quiet.

The garden (incl. playground) can be shared and is very pleasant in summer.
Sendling, Nähe Westpark, ruhige Südlage in einer Anliegerstraße. U6-Westpark ist in 3 Gehminuten, U6-Partnachplatz in 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Kita, Kindergarten und Schulen. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung.
Zum Eingang des Westparks sind es nur 5 Gehminuten und direkt vor dem Haus bzw. um die Ecke gibt es kleinere Grünflächen.

All shops for daily needs are within walking distance, as are day care centers, kindergartens and schools.

The entrance to the Westpark is only a 5-minute walk away and there are smaller green spaces in front of the house or around the corner.
In der WG lebt derzeit Nitish aus Indien, der als Developer in einer IT Firma arbeitet und Mohammed aus Syrien, der Bauingenieur studiert. Die WG ist ruhig, sauber und sehr angenehm. Es gibt 50 MB Wlan und alle Geräte in der Küche inkl. Waschmaschine, Backofen, Elektroherd, Umluft, zweites WC etc.

Nitish from India, who works as a developer in an IT company, and Mohammed from Syria, who is studying civil engineering, currently lives in the shared apartment. The flat share is quiet, clean and very pleasant. There is 50 MB WiFi and all appliances in the kitchen including washing machine, oven, electric stove, convection, second toilet, etc.
