Hey everyone,
Since I’m leaving Munich for the next 2 months (August - October) I’m looking for someone who might be interested in subletting my place for the summer.
The room is 20 square meters big with high ceilings and a window facing south. An awesome bed, a sofa, and a writing desk are also available. (See fotos)
Location:
The apartment is located in a calm and friendly neighborhood with easy access to U-bahn (U-6 Harras) and S-bahn (Mittersendling) as well as a variety of bus routes (132, 53, 63). As for cycling, it’s only 15 min away from downtown (Marienplatz). It’s perfect for students or practicants from both the TUM or the LMU.
Life in the apartment:
You will be living with a super friendly Costa Rican girl who’s always looking forward to meeting new people. Since you’ll be living in my room all my belongings are gladly to your disposition as well as our lovely balcony/terrace. We aren’t hygiene-freaks but a little bit of order hurts no one.

All services included (internet, electricity, water, TV...)
