Hi! Vom 01.04.2022 an wird in unserer 4er-WG am Westpark ein Zimmer frei.
Im Moment wohnen zwei Männer und eine Frau in der WG, die alle berufstätig sind. Das Zimmer kann sowohl teilmöbliert (siehe Fotos), als auch unmöbliert übernommen werden - eine Ablöse für die Möbel ist nicht notwendig.
Neben den vier Zimmern gehören zur WG auch ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Das Appartment befindet sich in Gehweite der Buslinien 62 und 130 und von der S-Bahnstation Harras, sowie diverser Supermärkte und Bäckereien (Penny, Rewe, etc.).

Hi! From April 1st on we are looking for a new flatmate in our four-person apartment at the Westpark.
Currently, the apartment consists of one girl and two guys in the apartment, which are all working.
The room can be rented either partially furnished or unfurnished - in any case, no furniture deposit is required.
Besides the four rooms, the apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with washer/dryer.
The apartment is right next to Westpark, with multiple bus stops (Lines 62 and 130), S-Bahn Harras, and supermarkets (Penny, Rewe etc.) all within walking distance.
