Hello everyone,
I am subletting my room in a 2 people shared apartment near Westendstrasse for the month of April. The flat is 45sqm in size and has two rooms, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Your room will be 14.10 sqm in size and is rented out furnished. The room also has a balcony with a view of the Alps!!!
The warm rent is approximately 540€ (including electricity, heating). The deposit is one month rent, 540€. There are no additional costs.

The apartment is in a high-rise building and is located right opposite the Westendstrasse U-bahn station (U4/U5). There's Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, DM all within a 5 minute walking distance. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by the Ubahn station.
I am looking for a clean and easy-going person (girl). This is only a 2 person flat-share so I would want a nice and friendly person. This is a great place for an interim rental till you find a long term option.
