If you are interested in joining our WG-Room here is some info:
The room is fully furnished, the furniture is separately sold and it will cost 200 euros. The room has a table, bed, mattress, two shelves and a wardrobe. The room is heated by an electric heater. It has a view of the Südpark.
It is 15 min on foot and 4 min by bike to go to the nearest U-Bahn station. It is on the main U6 line so the city center and main locations are very accessible. It is near the Autobahn so if you rather drive a car than public transportation.
Kitchen and the bathroom is shared between the tenants. The house currently does not have a washing machine but is close to the washing center. The cost of internet and other utilities are included in the "Nebenkosten".
Our roomates are both very nice people and they both come from outside of Germany so in our international WG we speak english most of the time. But fluency is not a requirement of course.
