Das Zimmer aus welchem ich ausziehe, ist 16m2 groß, super praktisch geschnitten, sehr ruhig und mit Blick zum Innenhof. Hohe Decken und Eichenparkett lassen das Zimmer sehr wertig aussehen.
Hier ist es sehr ruhig, dennoch ist man durch die Nähe zu U6 (ca 12 min zu Fuß zum partnachplatz) recht gut angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich hier zu genüge.
Die Wohnung ist ein super komfortabler Neubau. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet.
Du wirst mit Boldi (21, Informatik Student aus Ungarn mit sehr guten deutsch Kenntnissen) und Andi (20, Physikstudent aus Südtirol) zusammenwohnen. Die beiden sind sehr nett und eher vom ruhigen Typ aber gerade Boldi würde sich über Gesellschaft freuen und ist immer für einen Kochabend oder eine Runde Sport zu haben.
Wenn du Interesse an der Wohnung hast, kannst du sie dir gerne anschauen. Allerdings bräuchte ich recht zeitnah (idealerweise bis zum 28.11.22) eine feste Zusage von dir, inklusive allen Unterlagen (Gehaltsnachweis, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Perso!!)
