Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer unbefristet, weil ich beruflich nach London gehe. Die Wohnung ist im 2 Stock und ist insgesamt 81 m² groß. Neben einem Bad und unseren 2 Zimmern gibt es eine Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Balkonen. Außerdem eine Abstellkammer + einen Fahrradkeller. Mein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Bett, Kommode, großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl). Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig weil sie zum Innenhof liegt.

Die U-Bahn (U3) und Busse sind
direkt vor der Haustür. Rundherum gibt es alles, was man so braucht, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Isar ist innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, welcher gerade im Sommer einfach toll ist. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit U-Bahn oder Fahrrad ca. 10 min. Top Lage :)

Mein Mitbewohner Felix arbeitet und studiert, und ist unkompliziert, ruhig und nett. Wir haben beide unser eigenes Leben, aber trinken auch gerne mal Abends ein Bier oder schauen Fußball zusammen.
