Hallo,
da unsere Mitbewohner Michi und Daviana zusammenziehen werden, wird bei uns ein schönes WG-Zimmer frei.
Im Moment leben in der WG Taher (27) und Kiwi (26).
Taher ist Hauptmieter und seit April 2022 WG-Mitglied, Kiwi ist im Oktober letzten Jahres zu uns
gestoßen.
Zu dem freien Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 23 qm groß und rechteckig geschnitten. Es verfügt über ein großes Fenster in
Richtung Süden, zur Straße hin. Da das Fenster neu und sehr gut schallgedämmt ist, bekommt man davon
jedoch fast nichts mit. Zusätzlich ist es mit elektronischen (und timebaren) Rollläden ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist jedoch unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - Badewanne, Dusche, Spülmaschine,
Waschmaschine, Trockner sind vorhanden.

Since our flatmates Michi and Daviana are moving out into their own apartment, a nice room in our WG has become available.
Currently Taher (27) and Kiwi (26) live here.
Taher is the main tenant and has been living here since April 2022. Kiwi moved in October 2022..
Your room is about 23 square meters and has a rectangular layout. The window faces the street (South).
The windows are new so you can't hear the noise on the street. The room is also equipped with electronic
(and time adjustable) blinds. The room will however be unfurnished when you move in.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need - bathtub, shower, dishwasher, washing machine,
dryer everything is available.
Taher ist Palästinenser und ist im Oktober 2021 von Dubai nach München gezogen. Seitdem studiert er an
der TUM einen Master in Power Engineering. Er ist oft mit Freunden unterwegs oder schläft aus...
Ansonsten kocht, trinkt, spielt, wandert und reist er gerne. Er freut sich auf WG abends, in denen man Brettspiele spielt oder einen (lieber horror) film anguckt.
Kiwi (26) studiert aktuell Wirtschaftsinformatik im Master in Augsburg. Daher ist er unter Woche viel in Augsburg, in einem Zug der DB oder bei seinem Werkstudenjob. Zur Entspannung zockt er gerne, schaut Animes und Serien oder verbringt Zeit mit/bei seiner Freundin. Ansonsten kann Kiwi sich für Fußball, Kochen und Musik begeistern und geht im Sommer gerne Skaten oder zum Chillen an die Isar.
Taher is Palestinian and moved to Munich from Dubai in October 2021. Since then he’s been studying at
TUM for a masters degree in Power Engineering. He is often out with friends or sleeping in late... He
enjoys cooking, drinking, gaming, hiking and travelling :)
He enjoys WG nights where board games can be played or a movie (especially horror) is enjoyed.
Kiwi (26) is currently studying for a Master's degree in Business Informatics in Augsburg. That's why he spends a lot of time during the week in Augsburg, on a DB train or at his working student job. To relax, he likes to play games, watch anime and series or spend time with his girlfriend. Apart from that, Kiwi enjoys football, cooking and music and likes to go skating or chilling at the Isar during summer.
Wichtig dass du weißt, dass jeder Mitbewohner für eine Versorger verantwortlich ist. Taher kümmert sich um Strom, Kiwi um Gas und du um Internet. Einzug wäre zum 16.12.23. Wenn wir dein Interesse wecken konnten, melde dich gerne mit ein paar Infos zu dir, deinen Interessen und was du in München machst. Gib bitte auch das Wort "Stein" an, damit wir wissen, dass du die ganze Anzeige gelesen hast.

Important to mention that we divide the responsibilities for utility contracts. Taher is responsible for electricity, Kiwi for Gas and you will be responsible for Internet. You would move in on 16.12.23. If you are interested, please get in touch and give us some information about yourself, your interests and what you are doing in Munich.
