Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer ( Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sessel, Teppich, Sideboard) mit 16m2 im Stadtteil Sendling/Harras. Die komplette Wohnung hat 100m2 und ist Altbau mit Balkon.
Es gibt eine grosse Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und Herd und Geschirr; kann natürlich alles mit benutzt werden. WLAN ist auch vorhanden.
Mein Sohn geht für einige Zeit für Work and Travel ins Ausland und daher steht das Zimmer leer. Ich selbst bin als Kunsthistorikerin beschäftigt .Ach ja, es gibt auch eine Katze, die Freigängerin ist (Achtung, falls Katzenallergie etc.)
Die Anbindung an Geschäfte zum Einkauf und an das Verkehrsnetz ist spitze; U Bahn, Bus und S-Bahn direkt um die Ecke; ebenso Edeka, DM und türkische Lebensmittelläden etc. Jemand, der sich selbst in München gut organisiert, wäre ideal, da ich ja keine klassische WG mit viel Gemeinsamkeiten anbiete.
