-A fully equipped kitchen, and free usage of the spices/ingredients there.
-A 180x200 Hemnes bed with a mattress, and a bedside table.
-A large dresser.

The contract can NOT be extended beyond the two months, since the apartment will undergo a full renovation and everything needs to be cleared out.

I am the current Hauptmieter and only other tenant, but i'm not living in the apartment (although still in Munich)
I've moving to a new flat and have the contract until the end of March.. still have things in the living room which will be either sold or cleared during the sublet period.
The renter should understand that the owner might be stopping by to assess the things that need to be changed for the renovations. This will always be informed with time and respect for the room's privacy.
