I am searching for a nice roommate for my small room for the 01.03.2024. It is 11 m big and has everything you need; a bed with mattress, a wardrobe with mirror and a table.
In the basement there is a washing machine and drier. Also, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen which u can use freely. We also have a nice terrace with a garden :)
The bus is only 2 minutes walking distance away from the house. If you want to get the Ubahn, you need to go a bit further ( 11 mins ), but u can also reach it with the bus if you are lazy (two stations). To get to Marienplatz you only need 20 mins. Supermarkets like Netto, Aldi etc. are 10 min walking distance away ☺️
Now to your future roommates: We are a very international WG with different backgrounds. The majority of us is still studying. It doesn't matter if you are more shy or would like to hang out with them, they are nice people who accept anyone :)
With you, there would be 6 people living in the WG. But it is not that cramped though, as we have two bathrooms!
