Lage:
Die WG-Wohnung befindet sich im 4.OG (ganz oben) in einer Mehrfamilienwohnanlage und hat einen sehr guten MVV-Anschluss. Die U3/U6-Haltestelle Implerstraße liegt direkt vor der Anlage, zum Marienplatz sind es ab der Wohnungstüre 10 Minuten. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist unverbaut (Eisenbahn), man kann nach Osten von der Marienkirche über die Isar bis zu den Alpen schauen. Als Supermärkte gibt es in der Anlage einen Penny sowie einen Asia Markt, in der Nähe einen Aldi und Edeka. Zu den weiteren wichtigen Anlaufstellen um die U-Bahnhaltestelle Implerstraße gehören u.a. auch eine Stadtsparkasse, eine Apotheke und ein Fitnessstudio.


Location:
The shared apartment is on the 4th floor (at the top) in a multi-family residential complex and has a very good MVV connection. The U3/U6 stop Implerstrasse is right in front of the complex, and it's 10 minutes to Marienplatz from the apartment door. The view from the window is unobstructed (railroad), you can look east from St. Mary's Church over the Isar to the Alps. There are supermarkets in the complex: a Penny and an Asian market, and an Aldi and Edeka nearby. Other important points of contact around the Implerstrasse subway station include a city bank, a pharmacy and a fitness studio.

In unserer frisch renovierten / möblierten 3er-WG-Wohnung in der Gotzinger Str. 8 stehen ab sofort 3 vollausgestattete neu möblierte Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsräumen zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer sind ideal für Studenten/Berufstätige eingerichtet und liegen zentrumsnah in Top Lage direkt an der U3/U6-Implerstraße in München.

Es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer (Wohnungsgröße 91 m2), die momentan auch an ein Trio oder Duo vermietet werden können:
Zimmer 1: 26m2 mit extra Schlafcouch und eigenem 5,5m2 Balkon
Zimmer 2: 12,5m2 mit großem Fenster
Zimmer 3: 15m2 mit eigenem 3m2 Balkon

Da Du die/der erste bist, die eines der Zimmer bezieht, darfst Du noch auswählen und mitentscheiden! Die finale Einrichtung kann noch mitgestaltet werden.

Shared apartment living:
In our newly renovated / furnished 3-person shared apartment at Gotzinger Str. 8, 3 fully equipped, newly furnished rooms with common areas are now available.
The rooms are ideally furnished for students/working people and are close to the center in a top location directly on the U3/U6-Implerstraße in Munich.

There are a total of three rooms (apartment size 91m2), which can currently also be rented to a trio or duo:
• Room 1: 26m2 with extra sofa bed and own 5.5m2 balcony
• Room 2: 12.5m2 with large window
• Room 3: 15m2 with its own 3m2 balcony

Since you are the first to move into one of the rooms, you can still choose and have a say! The final setup can still be designed.
