Servus Wohnungssuchende!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes und sehr großes Zimmer in unserer internationalen 4er WG in bester Lage frei!! Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr neu renoviert, das Bad ist schön groß, wir haben auch ein zweites Bad. Bist du auf der Suche nach einem schön möblierten, sauberen Zimmer in einer coolen WG und sozialen Anschluss.... dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! :-)

Das Zimmer ist ca 30m² groß!!! - und das beste: man hat privaten Zugang zu einem 12m² Balkon West-Seite!!!!! Fast als hättest du ein eigenes Apartment - aber mit netter Company wenn du dein " Reich" verlässt :-D
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert: 160er Bett, großer Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Couch, Stuhl usw. Du musst nur noch Bettzeug und Klamotten mitbringen, einziehen und dich wohlfühlen.

Die Küche ist inklusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine ist im Bad.

In der Miete von 895,- EUR ist bereits alles inkl.: Miete, Nebenkosten, Heizung, Strom und Highspeed Internet. Alles Pauschal und somit keine gemeinen Nachzahlungen! Kaution sind 2 Monatsmieten. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten :)

Hey all,

we have one big spare rooms in our beautiful, international 4 person Apartment. The flat just got renovated and it's all brand. If you are looking for a nicely furnished, clean room in combination with a relaxed social life... you are at the right place!:-)

The room has about 28 sqm!! and maybe the best part of it: you have private access to one of the two big 12sqm balconies facing the west so its sunny all day!!
It feels like having a private apartment because of the size....only better because if you want company you just need to open your door ;-)
The room is fully and stylish furnished: 1,60 m bed, big wardrobe, desk, couch and so on. Everything you need - you just have to bring bedclothes, your personal belongings and you are ready to move in.

Beside the room itself, the apartment has 110 sqm, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and the 2 super big balkonies! :-)

In the kitchen we have a dishwasher. Washing machine is in the bathroom.

The rent is all inc. 895 EUR a month and includes all costs: rent, utilities, heating, electricity and highspeed internet via WiFi. Deposit is 2x rent.
