The room is about 18m2, and has a large window with view on the Lindwurmstraße. The rest of the apartment has a size of 70m2 which is divided into another bedroom and a large well-equipped kitchen (also with laundry machine). The bathroom is rather minimalistic. More importantly, we have a balcony which is a real plus during summer
Location is super central. The apartment is located at the border of Sendling and Ludwigsvorstadt, it is close to Theresienwiese and only 5 min from U3/U6 subway Poccistraße. Both universities can be reached in only 20 min door to door. Also the Isar is in super close reach.
In the neighborhood, more and more restaurants, bars and clubs are opening (at least before Corona) and generally more young people are moving here.
I am 24, finished my Bachelor at LMU last year in September. I have been living in the flat for 4 years now and will probably move to another apartment for myself in April.
Rent is about 650, exclusive internet and Rundfunkbeitrag which make c. extra 20€ per month
The furniture should be taken over but it is negotiable
Move-in date is after the 15.02.2021 possible, and contract is permanent, with possible registration at the KVR
