The place has 3 rooms and only 1 roommate! Which means there is a common living room, where you can eat, meet with friends, watch TV, do your yoga and everything you want!
The other roommate – Diego – is an awesome guy, very peaceful and incredibly easy going person. I highly recommend him as a roommate :-)
Where: Implerstraße, 2 mins by foot to U-bahn, 10 mins to Isar, in the neighbourhood: restaurants, bars, shops, eco – shop with fresh milk and eggs, swimming pool just 5 mins by walk from the apartment.
Price: 790 eur for everything (including electricity, internet, TV and Radio tax, gas).
When: move in date flexible between 1.11.2021 and 1.01.2022.
Who? We are looking for a nice person, preferably a girl, working professional.
