Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes, helles und vollmöbliertes Zimmer für Februar.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen und hat einen schönen Holzboden. Ich denke die Bilder sprechen für sich. ;)
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung inkl. super gemütlicher und hochwertiger Wohnküche (Gasherd!!!) mit allem was man für schöne Kochabende so braucht

I rent my beautiful, bright and fully furnished room for February.
The room is quietly located to the backyard and has a beautiful wooden floor. I think the pictures speak for themselves ;)
The room is part of a beautiful 2-room apartment incl. super cozy and high-quality eat-in kitchen (gas stove!!!) with everything you need for nice cooking evenings so.
Die WG liegt im fabelhaften Alt-Sendling in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Trotzdem bist du super schnell im Zentrum, entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder mit Bus und/oder Bahn. Die nächste Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in 1 Minute zu erreichen.
In der Gegend findest du super viele schöne Restaurants und Cafes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt (Edeka, Aldi, Türkischer Markt, Penny).
The flat share is located in the fabulous Alt-Sendling in a quiet side street. Nevertheless, you are super fast in the center, either by bike or by bus and/or train. The next stop is within 1 minute walking distance.
In the area you will find many nice restaurants and cafes. Shopping facilities are also only 2 minutes away (Edeka, Aldi, Turkish market, Penny).
Du wirst dir die Wohung mit Sarah (27 Jahre) teilen. Sie arbeitet fürs Fernsehen und hat deshalb immer super Storys zu erzählen. Sarah ist super lieb und umgänglich, geht gern ins Fitness oder in die Berge. Sie ist immer offen für einen Plausch oder gemeinsames Kochen.
Sarah ist zwar viel unterwegs, ist aber trotzdem immer offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Wenn die Chemie passt.

You will share the apartment with Sarah (27 years). She works for television and therefore always has great stories to tell. Sarah is super sweet and sociable, likes to go to the gym or to the mountains. She is always open for a chat or cooking together.
Sarah is on the road a lot, but is still always open for joint ventures. If the chemistry fits. ;)
Wie schon erwähnt, vermiete ich das Zimmer für Februar. Wochenweise wir das Zimmer nicht vermietet. :)
