Wir bieten ein helles Zimmer von ca. 14qm in unserer WG; es ist nicht möbliert. Wir können auch etwas Möbel für die Zeit der Miete ausleihen - Details könnten wir dann persönlich klären ;)
Zum Zimmer gehört auch ein geräumiger Wandschrank im Flur, das spart ordentlich Platz!
Es ist alles an Einrichtung für den Alltag in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Küche, ein großes Ess- & Wohnzimmer teilen wir uns zusammen und gelegentlich veranstalten wir dort auch gesellige Abendessen. Den Beamer nutzen wir leider viel zu wenig – aber das kann sich auch ändern.
P.S.: wir sind alle Nichtraucher ;)
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind beide vorhanden.

We offer a bright room of about 14sqm in our shared apartment; it is not furnished.
It is possible to borrow some furniture for the time of the rent - details we could then clarify personally ;)
The room comes with a closet in the hallway which will save you a lot of space in your room!
There is everything for everyday life in the apartment. We share the kitchen, a large dining and living room and
occasionally we also organize convivial dinners there. Unfortunately, we don't use the video projector enough for movie nights– but that can change.
P.S.: we are a non-smoking flat
We have a dish washer and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar (Bus 59 vorm Haus, 4 Minuten zur U4 Böhmerwaldplatz und 6-7 Min zur S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring)
Direkt ggü. ist ein Rewe, Asia Shop und Bioladen und es sind bestimmt nochmal 5 EDEKA hier drumherum. Das Einstein-Shopping Center ist einen Steinwurf entfernt und es gibt einen türkischen Laden.
Zur Isar sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten.
The apartment is very conveniently located, public transport is quickly accessible (bus 59 in front of the house, 4 minutes to the U4 Böhmerwaldplatz and 6-7 minutes to the S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring)
Directly opposite is a Rewe, Asia shop and organic store and there are certainly another 5 EDEKA around here. The Einstein shopping center is a stone's throw away and there is a Turkish store.
To the Isar it’s 15-minute walk
Unsere WG sucht Ersatz, da unsere Mitbewohnerin leider in eine andere Stadt zieht.
Aber vielleicht bist Du ja der perfekte Ersatz und auch entsprechend gesellig.
Wir kommen ins Gespräch wenn:
- Du ca. 30 Jahre oder älter bist – wir nehmen es aber auch nicht ganz genau
- Dich bereits in WGs bewährt hast,
- Dir Hausarbeit kein Fremdwort ist und bei Dir nicht jede verräumte Tasse aufgerechnet wird.
Ob es dann auch menschlich passt, klären wir dann in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
Wir sind eine recht neue WG und wohnen erst seit Anfang 2023 zusammen - daher wird hier noch einiges geräumt und verbessert - Dein Input ist mehr als erwünscht und wir freuen uns, wenn Du Dich mit der Wohnung identifizierst.
Markus arbeitet als Ingenieur, Bastian ist im IT Management tätig.
Wenn es die Zeit zulässt sitzen wir auch gerne mal bei einem Glas Bier/Wein zusammen oder wir unternehmen etwas.
Our flatshare is looking for a new roommate, as one of us is unfortunately moving to another city.
But maybe you the perfect replacement.
We start talking when:
- You are about 30 years of age or older – but we don't take it too seriously
- You have already proven yourself in shared flats,
- Housework is not a foreign word to you and you don't count every cup you put away.
We will then clarify whether it is also a good fit on a human level in a personal conversation.
We are a fairly new shared flat and have only been living together since the beginning of 2023 - so there is still a lot of clearing and improvement here - your input is more than welcome and we are happy if you identify with the apartment.
Markus works as an engineer, Bastian works in IT management.
Time permitting, we also like to sit together with a glass of beer/wine or do something.
Das Einzugsdatum ist zwischen dem 01.04.23 und 15.04.23 je nach gemeinsamer Klärung.
Als Bonus ist der REWE vom Fenster aus in Sichtweite.
