The room is 12qm and has a wardrobe, a small table (glass table fro Ikea) with a chair, mirror and you can also take the two white shelf if you like. The room has a nice view with a lot of sunshine coming in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all things you need to cook and prepare a nice meal. Dishwasher included :-) The bathroom, has a hot tube and a washing machine and some place for your personal things of course.
The living room is also for your use but sometimes I (the owner of the apartment) use the living room (maybe once, or twice a month for a few days) to stay there. Besides that you can use the living room. There is a big couch, a Smart-TV with Netflix, Youtube a big table for work or dining and a big and sunny balcony.
The minimum rent duration is 6 months. No short-term rentals for under 6 months if possible.
There is the Bus line 63 just 2 min walking distance.
The U-Bahn Aidenbachstraße is 5 min walking distance.
Right in front of the house is the Südpark. Very nice to go for a walk. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet.
There are supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe) just a few min walking distance available.
The street is very quiet so you don’t have noise from the street.
It’s a female only WG. You’ll share the apartment together with a Mexican girl who does her master study (25yo) who is respectful, very friendly and easy going person.
Please no Party-students or smokers. If you want to invite a lot of friends on a regular basis it’s not the right place for you.
Sometimes I will use the living room for myself (one or twice a month 1-2 days).
The room is available right now but you can also move in from 1. April or 15. April 2024.
