The room is very bright and furnised with a single bed (can be doubled), night stand, table, chair, wardrobe. Also in the house kitchen is fully equipped with stoves,oven, dish washer, kettle, microwave and cooking essentials. Also there is a washing machine with drying feature. The room is not really big but enough. The cost for internet, heating, water..etc. is included in the price.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und mit einem Einzelbett (kann verdoppelt werden), Nachttisch, Tisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Auch im Haus ist die Küche voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kochutensilien. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Die Kosten für Internet, Heizung, Wasser usw. sind im Preis enthalten.
The apartment is right next to the U3 Fürstenried West station and the bus stops. With U3 connections the tronsportation is very easy, Marienplatz can be reached in 20 minutes. There is Rewe and Rossman 2 minutes by walk, and other shops near around 10 minute walk. Around the apartment there are mainly houses and couple restaurants.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U3-Station Fürstenried West und den Bushaltestellen. Mit der U3 ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, der Marienplatz ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Rewe und Rossmann sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, andere Geschäfte in der Nähe ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es hauptsächlich Wohnhäuser und ein paar Restaurants.
I have 3 other roommates, 1 Taiwaniese women, 2 men (Taiwaniese and Japanese) they are students at TUM, really nice people no reason to not get along. I wanted I can arrange a videochat meeting.
Ich habe 3 andere Mitbewohner, 1 taiwanesische Frau, 2 Männer (taiwanesisch und japanisch), sie sind Studenten an der TUM, wirklich nette Leute, kein Grund, nicht miteinander auszukommen.
