We are proposing you a furnished room that is part of a 112 m² apartment in Munich, Solln.
The room is completely furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, table, armchair. There are within the apartment :
- a kitchen that is equipped with everything you would need : oven, kettle, microwave, electric plates, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils.
- 2 bathrooms : 2 showers and 2 WC so that you don't need to be bothered when you are in a rush
- a washing machine and a specific space where you can hang up laundry

Additional benefits : there is a garden in front of the apartment and you can spend time there to enjoy the nature and its quietness. Moreover, you can have fun in the swimming pool or the sauna for free, you can plan a barbecue party with friends in the garden and you can safely park your bike.
Global information about the flatsharing : the other tenants are very nice, respectful, always happy to have a talk if you want and make you comfortable.
For sure, you will enjoy the place. Solln is a very green and safe district in Munich, having everything you need at any time : several shops nearby, very good transport connection (S-Bahn, RBahn, buses) that enables you to go to the city center in some minutes, doctors, restaurants, cinema...
