It is a flat with three bedrooms with a common kitchen and a common bathroom. The other two bedrooms are rented. My flatmates have lived there since February. I, myself have lived here for several years already. I take a long holiday now and would like to sublet my room during this time.
Das Zimmer ist gelegen in einer Dreizimmer Wohnung. Die anderen zwei Zimmer sind ebenfalls vermietet. Meine Mitbewohner wohnen erst seit Februar, ich wohne bereits seit mehreren Jahren und fühle mich sehr wohl. Ich fahre für einen Monat in Urlaub und möchte in dieser Zeit mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten.
Just in front of the house is a busstop, Nesselwang, every five minutes, busses go to U3 Früstenried West, it takes about 2 minutes, alternately the metro station can be reached by walking in about 7 min.
Gelegen ist die Wohnung direkt an der Bushaltestelle Nesselwang. Es fahren Busse z. T. alle 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn U3 Fürstenried West, man ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Bus dort oder aber 7 Minuten zu Fuss
All three of us are very busy with our jobs and work at different times so that there is not much time for common activities but now and then we meet in the kitchen and have some nice talks.
Wir sind alle drei berufstätig,, z.T. auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, haben auch wenig Zeit, wenn wir uns aber in der Küche sehen, gibt es einen netten Plausch..
