This superb 16-square-meter room, opening onto a private 4-meter-long balcony, is available from beginning of December. We are looking for another main tenant in the contract exactly as the other 2 people living in the apartment.
The apartment is about 118 qm
- 3 bedrooms.
- 1 living room south balcony oriented.
- 1 kitchen: stove, oven, diswasher, washing machine well equiped, refrigerator.
- 1 very large hallway that we also use as a dining area.
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub where you can bubble in winter, or dive in if you can.
- 1 separate toilet, great no?
- 1 basement.
- Covered bicycle garage.
- 1 parking lot on demand +40€ per month
The room is not furnished. Only the closet and desk can be bought from last tenant.
No pets allowed 😞
The rent includes all utilities, GEZ, internet, electricity and so on.
We are looking for someone compatible with our routine and therefore preferably someone who is working full time already.
The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a multi-party house in a calm area and only 15 minutes far from the city center. The stop Forstenrieder Allee (U3) is in about 7min walking distance. There you can also find shopping facilities (Rewe, Penny, DM). In addition, the Südpark is just around the corner where you can go for a run.
How's the harmony in the WG?
We are 2 responsible, hardworking girls -Carina (🇩🇪 High school teacher) and Gloria (🇲🇽 Graphic Designer), both super cool 💅🏼-, and we are looking for another girl who is equally responsible, cooperative, professional, empathetic and sociable. The cleaning and tidiness of the apartment is the responsibility of the 3 of us, taking turns. We both work, sometimes from home, and we care about each other. We like to have dinner together sometimes, sharing a bottle of wine, and our friends are always welcome, so get-togethers are allowed, as long as they are respectful of other people's space, inside the apartment and with neighbors. All suggestions for the improvement of our common space are welcome, and will be discussed among the 3 of us. It doesn't matter where you are from, we are just looking for a good and responsible person 😊🌈
