Nachdem ich fast 2 Jahre in München gelebt und gearbeitet habe, muss ich für einen neuen Job in eine andere Stadt ziehen.
Das Zimmer/Haus ist möbliert und hat praktisch alles, was ein Familienhaus braucht.
Es gibt eine Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Backofen, Herd und Geschirrspülmaschine
Hinweis: Die Möbel (Bett, Matratzentisch, Stuhl, Spiegel, Regal, Lampe, Teppich) müssten von der neuen Mitbewohnerin übernommen werden und kosten 350 Euro.

After almost 2 years living and working in Munich, I have to move to another city for a new job.
The room/house is furnished and has literally everything a family house would need.
There is a bath tub and 2 toilets, washing machine, Dryer, Oven, Cooker and Dish washer
Note: the furniture (Bed, Mattress Table, Chair, Mirror, Shelf, Lamp, Rug) would have to be taken over by the new flat-mate at a cost of 350 Euros.
Das Wohnhaus liegt in einer sehr friedlichen und ruhigen Umgebung.
Die Isar ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle Plattlinger strasse
Busverbindung zur U-Bahn U3 (Aidenbachstr, 8 Minuten)
auch 24 Minuten zum Heimeranplatz, (S-Bahn)
Bahnhof Solln (S-Bahn) ist in 17 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar

The House is located in a very peaceful and quiet environment.
The Isar is also reachable by foot.

Es ist eine ziemlich chillige WG, sehr verständlich und coole Menschen.
Ich: Komme ursprünglich aus Nigeria, bin seit über 7 Jahren in Deutschland und habe an der TU Ilmenau MA Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft studiert.
Anne w, studiert Master in Architektur/arbeitet Teilzeit.
