Nice and spacey room with a huge window at 1st floor. The view is always beautiful and air exchange is always fast whenever you open the windows. The heating radiator is right below the window. The room comes with a bed, a table, a chair, and a wardrobe.
The apartment is located right next to the U3 terminal station Fürstenried West. You can walk to the station on foot in less than 3 minutes. A REWE and a PENNY are reachable in roughly 5 minutes. Swimming pool Bad Forstenrieder Park is close at 8 minutes by bus or 18 minutes on foot.
Overall the location is great for students who study at LMU main campus because no changes are needed. And since Fürstenried West is a terminal station, so a seat is always guaranteed.
Two women are living in the apartments. One is Laura who already works and the other is a student called Antonia. They speak German and English. They're both kind and warm-hearted. Life in the apartment is mostly quiet, but we also cook/order food and eat together from time to time.
Note that smoking is not allowed, pet is not allowed, and party is not allowed.
