Your room is ~25 square meters (see floor plan), bright and has a clean carpeted floor; the walls are stucco. The house has recently been renovated and therefore the bathroom, kitchen, doors and all windows are fairly new. The location is very quiet.
The room is rented furnished (1.35m bed, 80x80cm pillow, large desk, sofa, tv, shower, multiple bathrooms).
The house itself is right next to a parkette, so it's very quiet and there's no traffic noise. The other parties in the house are very quiet and sociable.

Diese WG ist eigentlich ziemlich cool, vor allem die anderen 3 Mitbewohner, die hier schon wohnen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie (3 weitere Personen zusätzlich) wohnen auch im Erdgeschoss, sind aber extrem leise und benutzen die Küche größtenteils nur selten - leider muss ich ausziehen, denn ich habe ein anderes Zimmer gefunden, das näher an meinem Campus und dem Labor liegt, in dem ich forsche.
(Max is in his second year of medical school at LMU, Tobi is in his first semester of Statistics & Optimization also at LMU, and Anna is just finishing up her Bachelors in Computer Science at TUM :))
Wenn Sie noch Interesse an dem Zimmer haben, melden Sie sich bitte bei mir - sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sind ok, da die Familie, die hier wohnt, auch beides spricht :). Gründliche Reinigung ist auch jede Woche/zweite Woche für jeden Mieter erforderlich, zusammen mit natürlich aufräumen nach sich selbst in der Küche, wenn Sie fertig sind.
