It is a large spacious room with a door to the backyard and a sitting space outside. The room is divided for 2 people and there is a privacy wall in the middle. You will be replacing me because I am moving in with my boyfriend now so I want to find someone :)
The shared roommate is extremely sweet, minds her own business, introverted and very quiet!
There are two more female student flatmates living in the apartment but no one makes any disturbance! Peace and privacy is respected in the house.
Kitchen is included with all utensils, 1 bathroom. There is a separate dining room included in the kitchen as well.
The bus stop is 1 min walking distance away and all the supermarkets (edeka, aldi,rewe,dm,rossman) are all barely 10 mins away by bus. Nearest ubahn / Sbahn is Trudering bahnof.
The landlords are old but super friendly and polite and can speak Deutsch and English.
