We have a room available, so we are looking for new people to join our nice shared apartment.
The room is furnished like the rest of the house. The rest of the house still offers freedom to develop and the roommates are great. :) The house has a dining room, kitchen, several bathrooms and a garden with BBQ space..😎 DX
In your room there is a 120x200 bed, a desk, chair, shelf and a wardrobe ready for you. Everyone also has their own compartments in the bathroom, dining room and refrigerator (2 cool and 1 freezer compartment separately). The room also has its own access to the garden. We live here in a very quiet residential area with good air and yet very good connections to public transport. The subway (U2) and bus are nearby. Price includes internet, GEZ, electricity, heating, water,...
Everything is available in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. We make sure that it is always spotlessly clean when we leave the kitchen and we have self-produced green electricity from our PV system.
There is also a garden with a BBQ area.
There is also a cleaner who cleans the common areas every weekend...
In the basement we have a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and plenty of drying space.
We didn't skimp on the internet either; a fiber optic DSL 50,000 WLAN flat rate is available throughout the house.
Position
The house is a 5-minute bike ride from the Kreillerstraße subway (U2). From there it is 20 minutes to Hauptbahnhof/city center or main train station.

Shared living
We are a fun, international bunch, 4 girls and 3 guys between 20 and 29. We are interns, studying, doing our doctorate, working, writing our bachelor's or master's thesis. Also international. Germany, Spain, Brazil, Equator, France,...
We are happy to do something together as it arises. Cooking, sports, game nights, etc. There is always someone there to talk to. In general we try to keep things relaxed and considerate. If you like peace and quiet you can retreat to your room. :)
Cleanliness is important to us. There is a cleaning lady and despite the fact that we are a large shared apartment, the cleaning schedule works perfectly and thanks to the rotation system you actually have to do less than in smaller shared apartments.
