Single private room 14 sq mtr available from 01.06.2024 in a 4 people WG. 800 Warm(without internet and radio tax)

The room is well furnished with a double bed, mattress, work table, working chaair, 2 bedside table, 2 futons, cupboard, and long drawer table.
You can buy the study lamp, curtain, lights, some cutleries, one pan, one pot, duvet, pillows, bed sheets and bed sets from me at a reduced price of 100 euros as well. if not I'll just take it to my new place.
It is in a very calm location close to the Bajuanpark
2 min walk to the bus stop
* 10 min walk to S-bhan and U-bhan
* 3 min walk to netto and edeka

It is very important to find a clean person, as the landlord is here for monthly checks and very particular about cleanliness. We have a cleaning plan everyone cleans the flat share one week of the month and the common area of the house once every 2.5 months. Everyone cleans after themselves and maintains a level of cleanliness. The flat share is not a social flat share hence keep that in mind. Although people in the downstairs WG are very friendly and you can socialise with them.
Proof of salary or funds will be required. If you have Schufa (solicitar ahora) then great but it's not necessary. The landlord asks for a residence permit, passport and proof of funds. There are two flat shares in the house. Hence, the radio tax is divided between 9 people. Internet and radio tax are not included in the rent. I was sharing the internet with a flatmate, rn there's a little restructuring going on in the flat hence you can share the internet between 3 flatmates for around 20 euros per month and 6 euros per month for the radio tax.
