Das helle Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit Wannenbad, 2 Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine.

Die WG befindet sich in Trudering. Die Lage bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur und hohen Freizeitwert.

Die Innenstadt ist mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr mühelos in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächsten U-Bahn Linien sind U5 Quiddestr und U2 Kreillerstr, Außerdem bieten auch Bus- und Tramverbindungen weitere Anbindungsmöglichkeiten, z.B zur Messe.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Discounter, Restaurants sowie diverse Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten (z.B Joggen) im Ostpark befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The WG is located in Trudering. The location offers a very good infrastructure and high recreational value. The Ostpark is close and perfect for a run.

The city center is easily accessible by metro in 20 min, by Metro line U5 Quiddestr or U2 Kreillerstr. There are also close Bus and Tram stations, for example to get to the Messe. Parking slots are usually available in front of the building.

Grocery stores are within walking distance and all other shops like pharmacies, bakeries etc. are also close.
