Hi! I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone that will take my room :)
The room:
The space is fully furnished (bed, matress, desk, dresser and open closet).
Note that the room is located in the basement of the house. But thanks to two "floor" windows, it has enough light and makes the atmosphere open and cosy.
Right now the bed consists of two mattresses put together, but it's your choice to put one on top of the other.
The house:
A typical suburb house with a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with hobs, tools, dishwasher) and a WC on ground floor, a bathroom (shower + WC) on the 1st floor, a washing machine room with a dryer too (next to the offered room) and a garden are the common places that are shared with the other inhabitants.
Public transport in the area : a bus stop at a walking distance (5 mins)
Access to U/S-Bahn from Trudering (S4/S6 and U2) and U-bahn from Quiddestraße (U5)
Travel time to city centre: 25 to 30 minutes.
Travel time to university: about 35 minutes.
There is a REWE supermarket, a local bakery, pizza and kebab places 15mins away by foot from the house.
A Lidl supermarket is located between home and the Quiddestraße U-bahn station.
There is a big shopping mall at Neuperlach Zentrum at about 2km (12 mins directly by bus).
The house is located in the Trudering-Riem district, which is a quite and pleasant neighborhood, right next to the woods, perfect to go for a run or for a walk.
You will be living with :
- Friedrich, the German houselord. A very friendly man, helpful and available to share his experience whenever needed.
He lives in his quarters on the 4th floor of the house and has his own bathroom.
- Two students : Valeria (20) from Russia and Salta (18) from Kazakhstan. They are really nice and friendly.
- A really cute and often hungry cat, Lucy
It is a pleasant and quiet place to live, everyone is friendly and is there for you to help. It is not a fraternity, each lives his/her own life.
This room is available preferably for international students and interns.
An ideal moving-in date would be by the 15th of December.
It can be for a short- or a long-(preferred) term stay, the contract is ended by informing the houselord one month in advance of your departure.
