In unserer gemütlichen Haus-WG in Trudering ist ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Dein Zimmer ist ca 15m2 groß, hat einen tollen hellen Holzfussboden und sehr große Fenster.
Das Zimmer kann entweder unmöbliert oder mit Bett (120cm), Schreibtisch, Stuhl und einer Kommode vermietet werden (gebt uns einfach Bescheid).
Das Haus hat ein super großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, sogar mit Kamin. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen eigenen Esstisch. Im Keller gibt es noch einen extra Hobbyraum entweder als Gästezimmer oder als zweites Wohnzimmer - wir haben also viel Platz zum gemeinsam Leben, Yoga machen, am Kamin chillen, sich aus dem Weg gehen, Leute einladen oder auch mal ein Abendessen in Ruhe zu geniessen.
We are renting out a room in our social shared house. The room is in the first floor, has super nice wooden flooring and a huge window. Room size is about 15m2. You can either rent the room unfurnished or we can provide some furniture, e.g. a bed with 120cm mattress, a desk, chair and drawers.
Our huge living room has an oven, cozy winter nights are possible :) The full kitchen with table and chairs allows preparation of yummy meals. We have a 'hobby room' in the basement where you can do yoga or watch movies or just chill. Both living socially as well as enjoying peace and tranquil is possible in the house.
Unser Reihenhaus ist nur ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss von S und U-Bahn entfernt. In 10 Minuten bist du am Ostbahnhof. In der Nähe gibt es Wiesen, Wälder und Natur zu entdecken. Der Riemer Parkt mit Schwimmsee ist auch in der Nähe (ok jetzt im Winter eher zum EIsbaden geeignet - das machen wir auch manchmal).
Supermärkte sind viele in der Gegend.
Our house is situated only 10 minutes walk from S-Bahn and subway. Especially Ostbahnhof (Munich East) is very easy to reach. You have easy access to parks, forests and a park with a lake nearby. In winter it is suitable for ice bathing.
Wir gestalten unser Zusammenleben bewusst und haben ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Je nachdem ob du Interesse hast kannst du gerne an sozialten Aktivitäten teilnehmen oder nicht.
We enjoy a concious life and like our housing community. You are free to join any social activities like cooking or hiking if you want to.
Fragt uns einfach. Je nach Bedarf kann das Zimmer ab 21. Dezember (oder sogar einige Tage früher) frei sein. Auch wegen der Möbel können wir wie gesagt sprechen.
Just ask... if you need a room more early we can talk for the time even from 21st December... you can let us know as well if you need furniture or not.
