Dein Zimmer ist eins von zwei Einzelzimmern - du kannst es einrichten wie es dir gefällt. Der Rest der Wohnung besteht aus ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette und ein viel zu großen Gäste WC, ein großen Wohnraum, die offene Küche, sowie einen Balkon (perfekt für aperitivo). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da sie viele Fenstern hat. Das andere Zimmer ist mein Schlafzimmer, und der Rest der Wohnung wird von uns beiden geteilt. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine in der Küche und eine eigene Waschmaschine im Keller.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ein einem Neubau von 2018 mit netten Nachbarn, und liegt direkt am Park.
You will have your own bedroom and will be free to furnish it as you wish. The apartment is very spacious and bright since it has many windows. I have my own bedroom next to yours and we will share the rest of this lovely home. We share the bathroom with bathtub and toilet, the way too big guest toilet, a big open space with an amazing kitchen and livingroom and a sunny balcony (perfect for sunset aperitivo).
We have a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing maschine in the basement. You will also have space to put your bike inside the building.
The house is a new building (2018) in the green and the neighboors living in the other 5 apartments are all very friendly.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Trudering, die ideale Lage um in der Stadt aber dennoch etwas außerhalb des Stadtchaos zu wohnen. In 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad ist man im Riemer Park, perfekt für Sport, Ausflüge und Picknick. Direkt vor der Hautür ist auch einen schöner Park in dem man gut joggen kann.
<2 min entfernt gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen, wenn es mal zu viel regnet um zu laufen oder Fahrrad fahren.
Alle Supermärkte, die man sich wünschen kann, sind auch sehr nah.
The apartment is in Trudering, the perfect place to live close to the city but out of the citychaos. In 10 mins by bike you are the Riemer Park, perfect for picnics and to do sports. On the other side of the street there is a nice park where I love to go running.
It is connected to the city very well and there are all the supermarkets you can wish for and my favorite bakery of Munich.
Wir werden uns zu zweit die Wohnung teilen. Ich bin 23 und komme aus Rom und mache gerade mein Economics Master an der LMU. Ich werde aber in November anfamgen zu arbeiten. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport (gym, Yoga, schwimmen, joggen, hiking) und freue mich immer wenn jemand mitkommt. Wenn das Wetter gut ist, sitze ich gerne auf dem Balkon mit einem Buch, Musik oder ein Glas Wein und Freunde.
Ich möchte jemandem finden mit dem ich reden kann, der ich trauen kann und mit dem ich was unternehmen kann.
Ich bin sehr ordentlich und sauber und bin gerne mit anderen aber genieße auch meine Zeit alleine für mich.

You will share the apartment with me! I am 23 and come from Rome, I am currently studying at LMU for my Master in Economics, that I will soon finish. When I have time before or after class I like to do sports: gym, swimming, running, yoga, hiking and I am always very happy to have some company.
I really like cooking, as a good Italian (pasta at least 5x week). When the weather is good I love chilling on the balcony with a book or a glass of wine and a friend.
We will share the biggest space of the apartment, so we will spend some time together and I really hope to find someone I can trust, talk and spend time with in our freetime.
I am very clean and tidy and I love being with others but I also enjoy my alone-time.
