I have put the price that i am currently paying but please feel free to suggest a lower price.
No deposit necessary as it will only be for one month

-A lift which goes into the flat (so you dont need to -carry your bags up the stairs!)
-You will be in the room with the wifi so you will have the best internet
The Area:
Very peaceful & green - in 1min you can be at the banks of the Isar
25mins to get to marienplatz via the tram & u-bahn
5mins walk to the nearest bakery
5mins to a lovely italian restaurant
The Lovely flatmates:
Isi, Radha, Seng-fei, Nicolas & Lou
Everyone is very friendly and chilled.
Happy to hang out together but also okay if you are wanting alone time.
We have a film maker, financier, business student, sustainable accountant and architect so this flat could solve all the worlds problems!
My Reasons for moving:
The landlords will move in in April and i have found another flat so am renting this room for a month to avoid paying double rent!
