Welcome to my cozy and modern apartment! I am subletting one of my free bedrooms, which is located in front of the Sbanh stations of Fasanenpark. The room is 10 to 15 square meters in size and almost fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and table. You might need a proper chair in case you move in. You will be sharing the apartment with me, a fun Spanish guy who values extroverted people just like I do. I prefer people working here but am open to students as well. I expect you to take care of the apartment as I do since you will be sharing it with me. The apartment is around 88 square meters and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with all the amenities you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from public transportation.

My apartment is located at Fassanenstrasse 126, right in front of the Sbanh station and the Infineon working park. There is a Netto supermarket just 2 minutes away by foot, and Rewe and Edeka supermarkets are 10 minutes away by foot. MarienPlatz is just a 15-minute ride away on the Sbanh. Additionally, there is a huge park right in front of the house, which is perfect for going for walks or runs.
I'm a fun and open-minded Spanish guy who arrived in Munich a couple of years ago. I'm looking for someone to share my apartment with me. Since my German is non-existent, I would prefer someone who speaks English or Spanish. I'm looking for someone who shares common hobbies with me and not just someone to share the apartment. I expect you to take care of the apartment as I do since you will be sharing it with me.
