As I will be away in the month of November, my room becomes available for a sublet. The room is about 14 sqm in size, rectangular cut and has a large window overlooking the garden and the nature reserve behind - very idyllic. It is already furnished with a bed, closet, and everything else you would need, so you can move in directly.
The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area, dishwasher and washing machine. We also have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet, which is super practical :)
The WG is located in the residential Untergiesing, at Candidplatz. The nearest bus stop (Lebscheestraße) is only about 3 minutes away, from where the 52 leaves every 10 minutes in the direction of Sendlinger Tor. The U1 subway at Candidplatz is also a 10 minute walk from the flat.
Your roommates would be Basti and Alex. Basti is studying his physics masters at LMU, likes to shop at Aldi, does a lot of sports and plays the piano beautifully. Alex recently graduated from his Political Science master's at TUM and has started working recently. He also does a lot of sports and plays the guitar from time to time.
Both are super sociable and always up for a chat :)
The room would be free to move in from November 1st.
