• Unser Zimmer wird ab Mitte April wieder frei, da unsere 19 jährige Tochter auf Weltreise geht, :-) Da sie frühestens ab Oktober 2024 ein Studium beginnt, plant sie frühestens Mitte September 24 zurückzukommen. Sollte sie sich entscheiden, länger unterwegs zu sein oder in einer anderen Stadt zu studieren, vermieten wir das Zimmer gerne länger
• Helles, schönes 17qm grosses Zimmer mit schönem Fischgrätparkett aus Eiche
• eigene 8m2 Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit
• Im 3. Stock in einer 150m Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern, 2 Bädern und 2 Küchen
• möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Regal und Sideboard
• Bad wird zu 2 geteilt (mit Stella)

•. Big, ready furnished room / apartment can be rentet from April 15th or earlier, as our daughter is going to work and travel for some month in SEA. As she won't be starting university until October 2024 at the earliest, she plans to return in mid-September 24 at the earliest. If she decides to travel for longer or study in another city, we would be happy to rent the room for longer.

• in 6min mit Tram oder U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof
• in 40min mit S-Bahn zum Flughafen
• Westpark und Bavariapark als Naherholungsräume sind fuß läufig erreichbar
Das Westend hat sich in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zum hippen „In Viertel“ entwickelt, zählt unter Münchner sozusagen noch als Geheimtipp, wo die Preise noch nicht so überteuert wie im Glockenbachviertel oder in Schwabing sind. Man findet neben Bars, Cafés und Kneipen alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs fussläufig, allein in unserer Straße gibt es 3 Restaurants, 1 Kneipe, 2 kleine Obst,-und Gemüsehändler, 1 Bäcker und 1 Kiosk

• Chris und Stella sind beide sehr aufgeschlossen, lebenslustig, unkompliziert und genießen einfach das Leben.
• am Wochenende sind wir oft in unserem Ferienhaus in Niederbayern
• Stella arbeitet im Homeoffice, Chris ist auch unter der Woche immer wieder in Niederbayern
• unser 18 jähriger Sohn ist wenig zu sehen, er arbeitet tagsüber und ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs
• Stella und Chris sind beide sehr WG erfahren, kommunikativ und sind gerne mit anderen Menschen zusammen, schätzen es aber auch mal, in Ruhe Zeitung zu lesen. Die Mischung machts!
• Internationally oriented couple to feel at ease living in the other part of the apartment (using a different kitchen)
• We both have a lot experience living with other people also in different countries
• We like the exchange but also like to be on our own and just read a book.
• We live together with our 17year old son. Our 19year old daughter will be traveling in South East Asia for at least 6 month, maybe longer

• unsere Wohnung ist eine Nicht Raucher Wohnung
• Mietzeitraum bis mindestens Mitte September, in Abhängigkeit, wie lang unsere Tochter auf reisen ist. Längerer Zeitraum möglich, sollte sie in einer anderen Stadt studieren wollen
• Zimmer ist ab 15.4.24 einzugsbereit, eventuell schon ab 1. April

- ideally you also work - no student WG :-)
- our apartment is a non-smoking apartment
- rental period until at least September 15th 2024, depending on how long our daughter travels the world ;-)
- room is ready to move in from April 15th, maybe April 1st
When do we fit together? If you are also an open minded interested person who likes to laugh & learn new things…. You are just the right one.
We care about good healthy food, did lots of traveling in different countries, reading & outdoor activities and don´t say no to a nice coffee, tea or amusement.
The room is to be rented until September 15th, maybe also longer, depending how long our daughter will be travelling abroad
