Da ich unter der Woche das Zimmer in unserer schönen WG aktuell nicht nutze, möchte ich es gerne an einen Wochenendheimfahrer vermieten. Heißt, du hättest das Zimmer immer von Montag bis Donnerstag. Nach Absprache wäre bestimmt auch mal ein Wochenende drin, falls du mal in München bleiben möchtest.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 111qm groß und liegt im 4. und 5. Stockwerk. In unserem "ersten Stock" sind 3 Schlafzimmer (jeweils ca. 16qm) und eine große Wohnküche (ca. 18qm). Ein Maisonette Zimmer, das wir als Wohnzimmer nutzen, gehört auch noch zur Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: 140x200 Bett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Regale, Sitzsack, Balkon.
Direkt am Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz. Bus 54 und 63 direkt vor der Tür. Zu Fuß in 7-8 Minuten zur U-Bahn Westpark oder Partnachplatz (beide U6) oder eben mit einem der zwei Busse eine Station fahren. Von dort aus in unter 10 Minuten zum Marienplatz.
Für die Autofahrer unter euch: Direkter Anschluss an den Mittleren Ring, Autobahn Garmisch und Lindau.
Westpark und Südpark in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner Georg und Iva sind total unkompliziert, helfen dir gerne weiter, falls du neu in der Stadt bist und sind gerne auch mal für einen netten geselligen WG-Abend zu haben.
