MS Student looking for WG

Apologies for writing in English, i am still learning German.

I am a MS student of LMU, Munich and moving to Munich on 7th June 2024. I am ready to pay rent for 1-6th June. I am looking for a long term stay, with KVR.

Smoking Status: Non Smoker but okay with others smoking
Pet: Do not have any pets

Known Languages: English, Hindi Marathi. currently learning German.

For the duration of stay, I have a blocked account funded via student loan plus personal savings. As far as moving to Germany goes, I plan to move to Munich in first week of June. I assure you, i will keep the place clean and help out around the house.

As for third party reward for finding a place, I can pay maximum of 50 EUR, sorry for low reward, can not afford more than that right now.
