Brazilian looking for a room from April 1st until de end of December

Hello! I am Brazilian engineering student doing an internship in Munich until the end of the year. Currently, I am in a temporary place and I look for a permanent place to stay until the internship ends.

I like to talk and have productive conversations, but really appreciate having my own space when needed. I don't enjoy big parties... I prefer going out with friends to eat and do something fun. My favorite hobbies are reading and watching some TV series. Eventually I play the guitar or play some games with friends.

I can assure I am an easy-going person that likes to have a comfortable, organised and clean place to rest.

I really want a private room. I would not like the WG to have smokers and a private bathroom would be a plus.

I need it to be a 10 minute walk from the U2 U-Bahn line (preferably on the east side of Isar). But if it's located close to another station, I might also consider it.

I would love my flatmate to be a friend and hopefully he or she could help me improve my German language skills!
