Servus! Mein Mann (M, 29) und ich (M, 25) wohnen in München und wir machen unser Masters-Studium an der TUM (Agrarwissenschaft, Weihenstephan-Campus) und der LMU (Biologie, Martinsried-Campus). Im Moment wohnen wir in Olympiadorf in einer WG aber leider endet unser Vertrag. Wir suchen:
- Ein zimmer groß genung für ein Doppelbett.
- Nähe bei S1, Hauptbahnhof oder U-Bahnverbindung.
- Fahhradstellplatz, falls möglich.

Verkaufsargumenten:
- Wir sind beide Unionsbürger.
- DAAD-Stipendium das jeden Monat die Miete deckt,
- Ordentlich, reif, höflich, freundlich,
- Flexibles Anfangsdatum
- Ich spreche Englisch und Italienisch (fließend), und auch Deutsch und Französisch.

Wir mögen Kochen, Wandern, Radfahren, Natur und Musik. Wir sind ordentliche, ruhige und respektvolle Mitbewohner und wir freuen uns einfach Gartenarbeit zu machen, falls erforderlich.

Hi! My husband (M, 29) and I (M, 25) are living in Munich and completing our MSc degrees, at TUM (Agricultural Economics, Weihenstephan campus) and LMU (Biology, Martinsreid campus). We are currently living in Olympiadorf in a WG but unfortunately our lease is coming to an end. We seek:
- One room big enough for a double bed,
- Close to the S1 line, Hauptbahnhof, or to a U-Bahn station,
- Bicycle parking if possible.

- DAAD-Stipendium covers our rent each month,
- Neat, mature, courteous and friendly,
- Flexible with move-in dates,
- I can speak Italian (fluently) as well as basic French and German.

We both love cooking, hiking, cycling, nature and music. We are clean, quiet and respectful housemates who are also happy to do basic gardening work if required.
